All our orders are shipped as soon as possible, approximately 2 working days after receipt of payment. The orders are shipped from the warehouses in Italy with delivery within 2-3 working days in Europe and 4-5 working days for countries outside Europe.

-When will I receive my order?
All our orders are shipped as soon as possible, approximately 2 working days after receipt of payment, so if you make an order on the weekend or on a holiday, the order will be shipped on the next business day.

The orders are shipped from the warehouses in Italy and delivered within 2-3 working days in Europe and 4-5 working days in countries outside Europe. All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

MJUS is not responsible for any unexpected delays in delivery beyond its control.

-Where can I ship with mjus-shop.com and how much are the shipping costs?

To check the shipping costs and whether your country is included, add a product to the cart and fill out the shipping address: before making the payment, a specific item will be placed in the cart. These expenses may differ from country to country and/or based on the quantity/price of the products ordered by the customer and cannot be separated from the total purchase price.

Any charges, duties or taxes on the purchase imposed by the country of destination shall be borne by the customer and shall be applied directly by the respective customs services.

If the parcel is not collected within ten (10) days of arrival of the shipment in the country of destination, it will be returned to the sender. Any costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.

-Are there additional costs for shipments outside the European Union?
Outside the European Union, each country may apply additional costs, charges, duties, fees and/or taxes on the purchase that are entirely borne by the customer and that are applied directly by the respective customs services.

-How do I know where my order is?
To find out where your order is, simply access your reserved area on the website mjus-shop.com and visit the “My orders” section: there you will find all the information relating to your purchases, including tracking of the shipment.

In any case, after the parcel leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with the Tracking Number that will allow you to know in real time where your order is located.

-What shipping options are available?
MJUS provides for standard shipping.

-Where can I have my product delivered?
We can deliver to private or business addresses.

For logistical reasons it will not be possible to change the address once the order has been registered. So, before you confirm your order, make sure it has been filled out correctly and that the delivery address is correct.

-Can I ship to more than one address?
You can only ship to one address per order at this time. To ship to more than one address, you must create a separate order for each destination.

-Can I ship to P.O. boxes?
It is not possible to ship to P.O. boxes. The addresses must be written in Latin characters, it will not be possible to make shipments to addresses written in Cyrillic or Arabic characters.

-Is a signature required on delivery of my order?
For security reasons, all purchases made will require the signature of the Customer or an authorised adult over the age of 18. All orders are delivered by domestic couriers. The courier may request the presentation of an identity document by the person picking up the package.
